Your privacy is important to us. At rohe technik ou (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), the creators of Ses AI, we are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent
about how we handle it.
This Privacy Policy outlines what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What We Collect and Why
Ses AI allows you to speak with an AI assistant and optionally upload photos to interact with or describe content. We focus on minimal data retention, privacy, and secure processing.
Voice Input & Commands: Voice input is processed in real time to generate a response.
We do not store your voice recordings or transcripts unless you actively save a conversation within the app.
If you do not choose to save a voice interaction,
it is discarded immediately after being processed.Uploaded Photos: If you choose to upload images, they are temporarily stored to allow processing. The images may be analyzed by our AI models to extract context, objects, or text.
Unless you manually save the photo in your app history,
it is deleted immediately after processing.
We do not use your images for training AI models or marketing.Account & Identity Information: If you sign up, we may collect your name, email address, or third-party login ID (e.g., Google or Apple) for authentication and support.
We do not sell your personal information.App Usage & Diagnostics: We may collect anonymous data (device type, OS, error logs) to improve app stability. This is not linked to you personally.
Cookies & Session Tokens: We use secure tokens to keep you logged in and store preferences.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect biometric data (e.g., facial recognition, fingerprints).
We do not collect or infer sensitive data like race, religion, health, or political affiliation.
We do not listen to or record you in the background; the microphone only activates when you trigger the app to speak.
We do not use your data to profile or target you with ads.
3. When We Access or Share Your Data
Your data is private by default. We only access or share your information to:
Provide and improve the Service (e.g., processing an uploaded image).
Respond to support inquiries if you contact us with an issue.
Comply with legal obligations (e.g., a valid court order).
Trusted service providers (e.g., secure cloud infrastructure). These partners are bound by strict privacy agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
4. Your Rights
Under privacy laws such as the GDPR, you have the right to:
Access: See what data we hold about you.
Delete: Erase your account and any stored content.
Correct: Update inaccurate account details.
Restrict/Port: Limit how data is used or download it in a machine-readable format.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
Voice and photo data are deleted after processing unless saved by the user.
Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Encrypted backups may retain data for up to an additional 30 days before a final purge.
6. Security
We protect your data using:
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
Secure cloud services with restricted, logged access.
Internal access limited to essential personnel only.
7. Data Location
Your data is primarily processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) or other countries with strong data protection laws.
We comply with GDPR and applicable international standards for all data transfers.
8. Children’s Privacy
Ses AI is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you become aware of a minor using the app, please notify us at support@rohe.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our app evolves. If major changes are made, we will notify you through the app or by email.
